Fruit Trees Back to Catalog
Apple, Gale Gala:
This dark red strain of Gala ripens in late summer, early fall and is one of the best eating apples there is.
The yellowish flesh is crisp, sweet, and great tasting. The tree is mid-season blooming and winter hardy.
Recommended for fresh eating, cooking, baking, canning, freezing, sauce, juice/cider. 12-16’ tall, 12-14’
spread. Grow in full sun.

Apple, HoneycrispTM:
Large, juicy, super-crisp apple with unbeatable sweetness. Highly productive, winter-hardy tree is
moderately resistant to apple scab and fire blight. Bright red apples with light yellow striping keep well after
picking. Harvest begins in mid-September. 12-15’ tall, 12-15’ spread. Grow in full sun.

Cherry, Montmorency Tart:
This tart cherry is self-fertile and requires no pollinator. The tree is vigorous easy to grow, and is an early
bearer. The bright red fruit is medium in size and has clear, juicy flesh. Recommended for juice or cider,
canning or freezing, cooking or baking, and is great for pies.
12-18’ tall, 10-15’ spread. Grow in full sun.

Cherry, Rainier Blush Sweet:
This sweet cherry’s skin color is golden yellow with a bright red blush. The fruit is very large and firm, and
it's clear colored flesh has a distinctly different flavor. The tree is vigorous, hardy, productive, and quite crack
resistant. Recommended for fresh eating, cooking, baking, canning or freezing. 12-18’ tall, 10-16’ spread.
Grow in full sun.

Peach, Glowingstar:
A large uniform ripening freestone peach that is bright red with a yellow background. The flesh is firm,
yellow, very sweet, and non-browning. The self fertile tree is strong, vigorous and resistant to bacterial spot.
A great eating peach also recommended for baking, canning, and freezing.
10-15’ tall, 10-15’ spread. Grow in full sun.

Pear, Sunrise:
Early season pear that ripens a couple weeks before Bartlett, and is fire blight resistant. It has a yellow skin
with a slight pink blush and little russetting. The juicy fruit has a sweet pleasant flavor and will store for a
couple months. Harvests in mid-late August. Recommended for fresh eating. 10-15’ tall, 8-12’ spread.
Grow in full sun.

*NOTE: Some fruit trees need a particular cross-pollinator (flowering tree) which is to be planted no more
than 100’ away in order to be pollinated properly and bear fruit. Gala Apple and Honeycrisp Apple can cross
pollinate. Rainier Cherry would need a cross-pollinator such as Bing or Lapins cherry. Sunrise Pear would
need a cross-pollinator such as Bartlett or Bosc pear.
*Fruit trees are 4-6 feet tall upon delivery.
Fruit Bearing Bushes and Plants
Blackberry, Thornless Arapaho:
The berries are large, colorful red/black, very firm, with excellent flavor, and have a small seed size. This
thornless, cold hardy, and disease resistant plant is self-supporting and ripens early, beginning in June. It
produces sucker plants which allows it to quickly establish a solid hedge row. Prefers full sun and moist,
well drained soil. 4-5’ tall.

Raspberry, Red Latham:
Premium-quality Spring bearing raspberry with glowing pure red color, plus wonderfully sweet flavor. Firm,
luscious fruit processes perfectly for jams and jellies. Bears evenly over a 3 week period. Self-pollinating. 4-
6’ tall, 5’ spread.
Plant Size: No. 1, 1/4 inch caliper (trunk diameter)
Blueberry, Bluecrop:
A firm, light blue, medium-sized fruit that ripens in early August. Considered the best for consistent yields,
disease resistance and high quality. Dainty, waxy, bell-shaped, white flowers appear in May, fiery red fall
foliage, and reddish stems in winter makes it a fantastic landscaping shrub. Prefers an organically rich,
medium to wet, well-drained soil in full sun to part shade. Although self-fertile, cross-pollination produces
the best fruit crop. 5-6’ tall.
Plant Size: 2 yr, 10-16”
Strawberry, Jewel:
Produces very large fruit of superb quality. Winter-hardy plants are vigorous and consistently produce large
crops. Great for fresh eating, desserts, and freezing.
